Custom ring tones for contacts not working

I upgraded my Blackberry to a Z10 a couple of days ago. I have been trying to set custom ringtones for some of my contacts with no luck. I am following instructions...Contact>select contact>ring tone and notifications>select phone ring tone>back>save...But it does not work.
My OS Version...10.1.0.2019. Please help, this feature is very important to me.

It seems to work fine for me, but I am on 10.2

When I check for software updates they are telling me that I have the latest. Go figure.
