Ridiculous

I bought a new Curve 9380 and have been experiencing problems with the battery. I thought it was just me but my husbands phone is doing the same. Its like its on fire sometimes and its only 3months old

Do you let the battery run down past 20% on a regular basis? Doing so can and will damage the battery.
