my battery got voltage of 4V,put in Battery,and nothing response

Problem
The BlackBerry device displays JVM 523.

Resolution
Follow the procedure outlined in article KB03621 to reload the BlackBerry device operating system.

Details
If you have BlackBerry Device Manager and BlackBerry Desktop Manager installed on your personal computer, you can use the Application Loader tool to add, remove, and update the software installed on the BlackBerry device.

Warning: You should not install BlackBerry Device Software that is older than the version currently installed. Doing so could cause the BlackBerry device to malfunction.

Procedure
Complete the following steps:

Install the BlackBerry Device Software on your computer.
Connect the BlackBerry device to the computer.
Open BlackBerry Desktop Manager.
Complete one of the following:
If the Application Updates Available window appears, click Update Now. The Application Loader Wizard appears.
If the Application Updates Available window does not appear, double-click the Application Loader icon. The Application Loader Wizard appears.
Click Next.
If prompted, enter your device password and click Next.
When the Application Loader Wizard is finished examining the configuration on the BlackBerry device, the Device Application Selection screen appears listing the applications available for installation. The selected check boxes indicate applications that are already installed on the BlackBerry device.

To add an application to the BlackBerry device, select the check box.
To remove an application from the BlackBerry device, clear the check box.
Click Next.
If the On the Device Backup screen appears, choose whether or not to automatically back up the device. Click Next.
Click Finish to begin loading the BlackBerry Device Software.
Click Close when the software is finished loading.

Procedures
When the BlackBerry device is not detected by the BlackBerry Application Loader, and you have verified all cables and connections, complete the following:

Note: Timing is important in this process. Read through the following steps before beginning this procedure.

Disconnect the BlackBerry device from the personal computer.
In BlackBerry Desktop Manager, open Application Loader and click Next.
Perform a hard reset on the BlackBerry device. For instructions, please see KB-02141.
Reconnect the BlackBerry device to the personal computer before the device finishes resetting, and complete one of the following steps:
For BlackBerry devices with a USB connection, wait until the drop-down list on the Communication Port Selection window changes to USB PIN and click Next.
For BlackBerry devices with a serial connection, clickNext on the Communication Port Selection window.
If the Handheld Password Required dialog box appears, type your password. The Application Loader will detect the BlackBerry device.
Note: If these steps do not complete successfully the first time, the BlackBerry device might have finished resetting before the Application Loader could connect to the device.

ThanX,I swap its rom,now it works normally,but the previous data in it was disappear,I ever backed up the data I think useful now
