Rogers Data Outage
Seems that Rogers data is out today. No ETA on a fix. Some people may get data to work by locking their phone to 2G only.

Just received this from Rogers:
The Rogers Enterprise Service Centre has been advised of the following Unplanned outage Notification Type: Unplanned (New) Service Affected: GPRS/EDGE/HSPDA Area Affected: Central and Eastern Region of the Country Start Date: Tuesday, August 25th, 2009 Start Time: 07:30 AM (EDT) End Date: No ETTR available at this time End Time: No ETTR available at this time Work Summary: A problem with one of the Serving GPRS Support Node has been identified. As it provides the gateway for data services mobile devices will not be able to achieve a data connection. Rogers is currently redirecting traffic to use redundant GPRS Serving nodes. |
