Seems to work pretty well. I went to the Help screen and typed in 'How do I format the media card?" and it came back with step by step instructions.

EDIT: I confused it ;-) I asked "Dial a phone number with letters" and it thinks I have a SureType device because it's telling me to hold ALT and press the key twice for the 2nd letter on the key...I'm using a Curve.

Not a download. It's browser based.
