unable to get my work email
 

I have tried endlessly to receive my work email on my blackberry, at one stage it was receiving my mail but i couldnt reply, now not receiving email. Tried mobileemail settings but cant seem to get it correct, cam anybody help please. My work email is from my work server, which i can access on my laptop through microsoft office web outlook so i dont understand why i cannot do the same thing from my blackberry torch. Any help please driving me crazy. thanks

Does your company have a BlackBerry Enterprise Server? If so, they may have blocked RIM's IP addresses so you can't set it up unless you use the server to do it (and go thru your IT dept for it).

Since you said you had it working once and could receive but not send, I'm thinking the above scenario is most likely.

Unless your company allows access via a web page using Outlook Web Access or something like that you do not have many options. It is very rare any company will allow this free access. You are probably using some form of VPN to access your email from your PC that allows your company to maintain security. Check with your IT manager and see if you have any options.
