Calendar sync stops when using filter

When I try to sync the calendar using a filter to include items starting after a specific start date, Blackberry Desktop Software 6.0 (build 2647) stops working after a short time with an error. Any suggestions? I have a BB Torch 9800 and Outlook 2007.

Re: Calendar sync stops when using filter

Blackberry Desktop Software version 7.0.0.59 (bundle 60). The previously mentioned Software 6.0 (build 2647) is the device software.

What is the error message?

BlackBerry Desktop Software has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available. (Windows 7)

I guess you've searched? I looked and get lots of hits on that error message but didn't see a solution. Seems what people were doing at the time as a work around was to go back to the previous version.

Now that version 7 is out, I would try that. Or else go back to version 5.

If you haven't searched on that error message, you should. Maybe you'll see something I missed.

Re: Calendar sync stops when using filter

I decided to go back to version 6.1.0.35. It has a much better interface anyway compared with 7.0 for syncing with Outlook, and seems a 1,000 times faster. Thanks.
