The following provisions apply to the Tele Atlas MultiNet® data of the
United Kingdom accessed through the BlackBerry Maps application

The following terms shall have the following meanings:
End User means the person who is Research In Motion Limited or one of its
Affiliate's licensee for the use of this BlackBerry device.
Mapping Data means Tele Atlas MultiNet® data of the United Kingdom
• Save for identifying the initial location of the user's cellular
telecommunications device, the End User shall not use positional
information of the cellular telecommunications device to produce
scheduling, real-time navigation (turn-by-turn instructions that update
dynamically (real time updating)) services,or for providing a continuous
tracking service derived from or using Mapping Data;• No output or display
from a Location Based Service contains Mapping Data in Vector Format unless
display to the user is in a format which does not allow interaction with
the vectors or which allows the vector data to be reconstructed;• The
Location Based Service shall not be used to collect and use outside of the
application for commercial purposes (meaning for resale, sublicense or
other revenue generating purposes) the addressable coordinates including
latitude or longitude coordinates that are disclosed upon reception of
Mapping Data;• The Location Based Service shall not be used to generate
paper plots larger than A4 (625 cm2) and any paper copies made shall be for
the End User's own personal, non-commercial (meaning for resale, sublicense
or other revenue generating purposes) use only;• The storing of the
electronic output of a Map Transaction, Route Transaction or Enquiry
Transaction other than transitory storing and caching associated with the
Location Based Service is not permitted;• End Users are only allowed to
interact with Mapping Data through Map Transactions, Route Transactions,
Enquiry Transactions;• The Location Based Service shall be restricted to
the End User's own internal business or personal use and not for resale,
sublicense or other revenue generating purposes;
