maybe even whether to BlackBerry smartphones return to factory setting

Hello

I have a problem with BlackBerry smartphones 9700,setting the phone itself, but somehow I move a message to call and calls into messages.I do not know far back?

that you can return the phone to factory setting ?
If you can tell me how to do that ?
I have to wear or where I bought it?

Welcome to the forums.

If you just want to reset your phone to how it comes new, then go to Options > Security > Security Wipe (OS6) or Options > Security Options > Security Wipe (OS5).

Make sure to create a backup of your data before you do this.

You can't "reset" it to your own personal settings.

If your calls in your messages folder, open your Call Log (press the green dial key) and press the Menu key > Options > Call Logging, and there you can set which call events log to your Messages folder.
