AT&T users, can you help me out.

Get Started - | Wireless from AT&T, formerly Cingular

Look at the $40 one, it says that Mobile To Mobile calls are unlimited. It also says that N&W minutes get wasted before M2M, and the thing is, I mostly use the phone during the night. So after I waste the 500 minutes, will I get to call other AT&T users for free?

The person I call is a AT&T user and I'm on t-Mobile so that is why I call after 9pm. With this, after I waste 500 N&W minutes, do the M2M minutes kick in and give me unlimited minutes to other AT&T users? Or do I start wasting the 300 minutes that come with the plan?

Can someone who has AT&T call customer service and ask. I would greatly appreciate.

Is there any reason why you couldn't call AT&T customer service and find out yourself? I'm sure they would be happy to answer questions of a potential customer.

Do you not have a cell phone? Maybe "waste" some of your minutes that way?

Can't believe that you can't call them yourself!

Why not visit an AT&T store or authorized dealer?

DubDub, I don't have a cell phone hence why I am trying to get on a plan.

Also Trimix, my car overheated yesterday.

So borrow a friend's phone or better yet, get a friend to take you to an ATT store.

Why not call from a landline? (Probably a useless question, but I'm dying to hear the reason for not being able to use a landline).

It's not polite to threadjack, but yes you can use the 8800 on AT&T. It's a GSM phone.

Your plan minutes only get used during daytime hours of 6am to 9pm, 9pm till 6am is free night time calling, Free weekend calling starts at 9pm friday night and goes till 6am monday morning, All calls to any at&t mobile will be free any time including during the weekdays. Any of your plan minutes that do not get used during your billing cycle go into your "Rollover" bucket and if not used within 12 billing cycles will be removed. I work for AT&T as a customer service representative, If you ever have any questions about AT&T plans, features, services, or promotions you can call 1-800-331-0500 or visit a local AT&T store for assistance. OMG Thanks man!! Finally i get an answer to such a simple response. One question.. are you sure mobile to mobile minutes are unlimited in that plan?

Call them yourself and ask or visit the website. I am positive there is a customer service email address there.

If you don't have a cell phone use a landline or even Skype. Although since your profile says you are with T-Mobile you must have a cell phone?

Unlimited usually means unlimited...lol. Just remember that's unlimited mobile to mobile when calling other AT&T mobiles. Not a Tmobile calling AT&T or vice versa. And really....just read the details on the page you yourself linked. If you can;t figure it out from that, then perhaps a land line would be a better purchase.

Calling 611 form a cell phone will connect you to ATT. Minutes are free.
