BBM Channel Disappear When i Change Device
 

Hello,

This morning i switched from my blackberry Q5 to android and login my bbm and when i check my channel, out of the two channel i have, i only see one, and the other one disappear, i have try all i can to get it back, please any help, because i try to search the channel and is active but is asking me to join the channel that i own with the same account.
