chinese builds for 9380?

could someone please tell me how i can insert chinese input in any 7.1 build?
specifically the pinyin that comes with all "east asia" bundles

You need to download an OS that says it includes those languages.

yeah....new version mean new high security.....happened to me...just put my sim card on other blackberry phone...im not able to used bis...somebody pls give me advice...
