HELP track thingy not working
 

i am a total novice and took a guess at the blackberry make. i know i may seem stupid to you all :oops: but im at a loss the track thing overheats and dont let me do anything. its a second hand phone so i cant register it as my own... what can i do??

You need to give a clearer understanding of what your asking.
If you mean the trackball, they should not "overheat"
when is this happening, charging or normal use?
