MyVerizon on Storm2
 

MyVerizon app no longer working, when I try to activate it offers an Upgrade or Cancel option; does not connect to Verizon. If I choose either option it just goes back to Home Page, any suggestions?:-(

I have the same problem. I even deleted and reinstalled the app and now it just replays the My Verizon Mobile animation.

Interesting as mine stopped working too. I wonder if the app is being modified for the upcoming iPhony accouncement. I did check and the internet connection is working on my phone so that is not problem.

Also haven't been able to find any info guess I'll wait for Verizon to finish whatever it is they are playing with on the app.

Was able to download 6.0 from mobile.vzw.com. Open browser enter url select My verizon and download. Seems to be working fine, hope this works for you.

I just got a txt to download myverizon and now it works

i think verizon is aware of the bug. they sent me an sms text today with a link to upgrade to to the new version of myverizon. i clicked on the link and downloaded version 6 without trouble. i am assuming everybody will get the sms from verizon as i believe it is a workaround to the upgrade issue from the app itself. hope this helps.

Received two text messages from Verizon after I had already downloaded the app; guess they knew upgrade wasn't working.
