BBry pin blacklisted by RIM?

Is this possible? I have 2 users with 8320's that all of a sudden cannot recieve any data. They can still make calls though. Both have lower case edge and uma. Reloaded OS, reactivated on BES, pulled batterry, swapped sim's, nothing helps. When I try to resend service books from T-Mobile.com, I get an error just for those 2 devices. Called TMO support and they could not send service books either. They suggested I go to a TMO store and swap to a new sim, however I've already tried another working sim with no changes. I put the sims from these devices into new units and everything is working properly, even able to send service books from website with no issues.
So could this be RIM blacklisting pins on these?

I'm not sure if that would be the case. When talking to TMO support did they offer to contact RIM support regarding it?

To have more than 1 "dead" device is very very unlikely. If you are getting lower case edge and uma, the devices arent making a data connection to the network, without that connection (aka uppercase) you wont be able to do anything data wise. RIM doesnt have control over the carrier APN's so you should be able to establish a data connection, regardless of whether the devices were blacklisted - which I understand is super rare as well.

RIM has technical ability to blacklist devices.

Try sending PIN message from device to itself. If it does not work, call TMO and tell them escalate to RIM. PIN messaging is basic blackberry device functionality and should always work- and RIM support knows what to do if it does not work.
