You'll love the headset. I have had mine for a number of days now and am really enjoying it with the pearl. Amazingly, it seems to improve the battery life when using bluetooth. Sound quality is awesome and absolutely no delay on answering calls, which is an increadible improvement over the Motorola headsets I have. Good choice on ordering, you'll love using it.

Nov. 30...Drats

Just got mine in the mail today. You having any problems with muting this headset? I can't seem to hit both volume buttons easily and get the phone to mute.

Not having the muting issue, but I have been experiencing the occasional issue with answering calls where the headset answers, but there is no audio on the headset at all. I have to switch to handset or handsfree and then back to the HS-655 to answer it when that happens.

i have the bb 655 and have had a few calls not come through, but overall it has been great

I have been having the issue with answering the phone and no audio, tried it with my BB and a razr and experienced the same issue. Seems to happen when I don't use the phone for some time.

Durability is an issue with those interchangeable ear pieces. Have to send mine back because I was told there were no parts available from shopblackberry.com and that I should search the internet to fix the defect. Bye Bye HS-655, hello Jabra JX10.

I think I may have fixed the issue with no audio on answer. I disabled Encryption on the Blackberry and have not had an issue since.

I can't believe it! Just lost the case for my recently-purchased ridiculously expensive HS-655. Anyone know where I can get another case?
