Date & Time not match up

The BB Date & Time did not matchthe Date & Time at the Inbox.

It is only happened to one user, the BES is working fine and nothing wrong on the date.

Any suggestion to fix it.

For example. Today is 22Jan2008 and it will show 22 Mar 2010...

Have them change the date and time source to network on the device.

We see this happen all the time if they have their BB turned off for awhile.

Nope... The user used the BB every day and I don't why it happen like that
