auto answer +headset

i tried searching but no luck

i couldnt find this option on my bb that all other phones practically have.

when in headset mode, if phone rings you hear it in the earpiece. i always have my phone in vibrate even when im driving so most of the time i never get my calls unless i specifically notice it.

is there an option so that the phone rings in the earpiece, practically all phones these days are capable of doing it.

also is there an auto answer function when in headset mode?

There is not an autoanswer function--other than when it is pulled from the holster.

For the headset ringing, yes that has occured on all the BBs and headsets I have owned. It is not an option to set it to ring in the earpiece, it just happens.

What earpiece do you have?

i got it from my bro, it came with this bb curve.

does it ring when in ringer mode? or will it ring in earpiece regardless? because mine doesn't ring in vibrate mode, i haven't tried when its on ringer mode.

So we're supposed to just know what kind of earpiece your bro had. ;-)

It should ring IN the earpiece, even when in vibrate mode. Of course, the earpiece needs to be plugged in or paired to the BB if Bluetooth. If it doesn't, maybe it is just broke and you need a new one.

May I suggest an inexpensive Bluetooth headset, much more functional.
