Z10 not backing up via link

Hi all, I cant get my Z10 to back up via the Link, the Backup option isnt clickable, any ideas?

Are you on a corporate BES? Did you get your device used? An IT Policy can lock out the ability to do a local backup via BlackBerry Link.
