Folder redirection menu item missing

when I go to OPtions - Email Settings, Folder Redirection is not listed. Why is it not there? my folders appear under Inbox, but they are not being sync'd

they are not listed in the general email settings, but you have to press the pearl buttom while you're INSIDE email settings and a menu will pop up, and folder redirection will show.
