Good Mobile Messaging Questions
I have a WM5 phone and was provided with Good Mail through my previous employer. all of my contacts/mail/calendar items synced wirelessly with the work servers.
since leaving my job, however, i did not realize that Good Calendar Good Contacts are totally separate from normal phone calendar and contacts. now, i have all of my new contacts and calendar entries from the past 6+months that i want to sync up with my old computer, but cant. does anyone know if i can do this through a wired connection?? i really do not want to re-enter all of those contacts! any help would be appreciated. thanks! |

Should be able to do so with active sync. What device do you have? |
samsung blackjack on att. the active sync hook up will sync the contacts on the phone, not the Good Messaging Contacts
|
Do the Good messaging contacts appear in a separate application then? I always thought it was the standard device contacts which could be done over ActiveSync, as ezrunner pointed out.

odd as it sounds, no. good mail basically acts as a theme for WM5. it imposes a separate homepage, calendar, contacts list, email page, etc.
its actually a nice little program, but its features really should be standard in windows mobile. i cannot wait to come back to the BB world... |
