classes (with package name) clashes

You might be having the same source code structure i.e. com.mid.MyApp class defined (with the same content) in two projects.
Find and deactivate one of these projects and clean up the file system and non volatile memory.
File-->Erase simulator..--> Erase File System, Volatile Memory
