Volume Buttons Don't Work
 

I have an unlocked Rogers Bold running OS .216. My volume buttons do not work. I did a search and saw that someone had taken the Bold apart and tightened some Torx screws. Can anyone confirm this is the correct fix, and it is not a software issue? Thanks.

I had the same problem with my volume buttons. One day they randomly stopped working. Luckily for me I could just send it back to Rogers for a warranty swap.

Trying upgrading/downgrading to various O/S versions to see if it changes. If that fails then try and tightening the screws to see if that makes a difference. For me none of those fixes worked and I had to just do a swap.

i think u need to dissemble ur fone and clean it from inside
