I'm Going Mad - APN question
 

Hi
new to blackberry and trying to load the verichat software.
following the instructions i am trying to set the APN info in options, got the o2 settings for the UK and put them in, save it, and as instructed remove the battery to reboot. when i go back in it has reverted back to some old test settings i put in before i go the proper o2 ones.
tried it a million times doing different things but still can't get it to retain/save the new APN settings i put in. am i missing something really simple?

figured it out. if i make the changes in options with the wireless turned off and then remove battery then turn wireless on, it retains my APN settings.
Hurrah! make changes to APN with wireless on, remove battery and restart and the changes revert back to old settings. figure that one out.

anyway put UK o2 APN settings in and verichat still won't work, it times out waiting for a connection.. I'm going to bed, had enough.

if anyone knows what else i minght try would appreciate the help.
