Force GPS on with IT policy?

As if my other thread wasn't enough.....

Where in the IT policy can I force the devices GPS chip to be always on so the user can't turn it off.

(Yes we have an app that tracks where are users go :p )

Is there a way to keep the radio button always on? So, staff can't turn off and just being stupid to turn off the button. Then call the helpdesk their BB is not working...

hdawg - is this still the case? we want to stop users from turning off the GPS, we track them and for the most part it works fine but there's always one or two that have to spoil it
