Disable Emergency Calls when phone is locked

I have tried many different solutions for my problem but this one really works.

Emergency Call Lock - appworld.blackberry.com/webstore/content/5012

In my country, I got a warning letter from police that legal actions will be taken against me if there is repeated emergency calls.
I have tried putting my phone on standby, my kids is still able to turn it on and make those emergency calls.
I have tried applications like PhoneBasics, pattern lock, however, due to my company security policy, the blackberry lock still appears after a while and then either I pocket dial the emergency or my kids will dial it for me.
This application does not add a additional lock like the applications I have tried, it kills the call whenever the emergency call is made while the phone is locked.

Great application

Or you could try disciplining your kids.

Why are your kids playing with your BlackBerry? What would your employer say about your kids having access to their BlackBerry?

I see 2 things wrong with this.

First, make sure that disabling emergency calling on your phone is legal in your jurisdiction.

Second, depending when the app hangs up, it may well be too late.
