Question about "OS Myths" Sticky thread
 

I 've just started using a BB 8900 but can't get it to pair with my Audi MMI. I believe this is due to the OS being an upgrade from the OS the car was checked with. I want to try downgrading the OS to the tested version of the OS but the Sticky thread says to remove the present OS by going to control panel on my PC and removing the newer OS using Add/Remove Programs. When I go to add/remove programs I don't see the OS listed only "BB Desktop Software" and "BB Device software updater". Can anyone direct to me what I should be looking for?

Downgrading the OS requires the OS to be on the PC first.
