switching mail servers (BES)
 

my small business was using a hosted exchange server...now we have our own server.
the email address did not change...and when i try to activate my email it says that i have to remove the old one first.

so...i 've contacted the previous server and asked to remove my pin.

i've upgraded the software but it kept all the old settings and would not reactivate...so i did a email wipe and now...i can't connect it tells me password is wrong.

it worked the first time...does BES only allow a few chances before it closes the door?

now...i'm kinda mad b/c i wiped the data and i didn't save the backup from the os upgrade. I have to redo EVERYTHING i've spend weeks setting up. I'll live...but why won't bes work?

by the way....Tmobile did something and gave me BES for free.....so the provision could be wrong. but it has worked fine.
