WLM Contact Sync not possible?
 

Other than having WLM push email to the handset, is syncing of Contacts not supported? I have not been able to get my BB to sync my contacts with WLM via wireless sync.

Would I have to upgrade/purchase WLM Plus to make the wireless sync work, or would I have to sync my contacts through DM through the WLM client on my computer?

Windows Live Mail [application] is not supported as a sync application with Desktop Manager.

Windows Live Mail [or do you mean messenger?] also doesn't push the email to your device.

Syncing of Contacts for a Hotmail/Live address is [I believe] not currently supported.

I guessed that the OP was asking about the microsoft messenger app, and not hotmail/windows live email. At any rate, you are correct, there are no synchronization options in BIS for @live.com accounts such as there are for other accounts.
