Not able to use BB App World
 

I did settings which is required to use net in normal gps plan but when using BB App world a display box gets oppened stating " Cannot get new token due to device offline state. Error I'd 40760".I m using Reliance Smart network, its APN is smartnet
Plz help why is dis problem

Do you have the data plan specifically for BlackBerrys on your line? Sounds like answer is no. That's the problem.

EDIT: Searching around, I see this apparently has nothing to do with not having a data plan. I didn't find a specifi fix. I would try the usual troubleshooting steps: hard reset, resend service books, clear the app world cache (alt-RST), delete app world and the re-install it. If none of those steps resolve the problem, last step would be call carrier's customer service.
