Wet bb
 

Hi - I don't think my bb got that wet, but these are the problems since:

1) if i take the phone out of the charger it is lifeless with a red light. it looks fully charges though
2) if i try to use it immediately after the charger it takes me to the decide is locked but when i click on the unlock option, i can not use the roller ball to do anything
3) no other keys work
4) i can see people calling me but can not answer! same applies to sms i can see them accumulating

5) when i take the battery out it reloads all the software etc like it is about to work but does not !

Please please help.

Although you said it was not wet it sure sounds like you have a wet BB or the phone is having electronic problems. You might try an OS reload and see if it works A quick way is to cause it to perform a wipe. It will go back to factory and let you see if an App is causing it.
it will then allow you to reload them one at a time and see which is causing this....maybe.

A wipe is caused by mistyping the password 10 times.
