Who has a BB with Verizon Wireless?
 

I am switching to Verizon from Nextel due to lower prices with Verizon. I wondered who all has a BB with Verizon and how is the service? Is their email reception/relay slow or fast, cellular reception good or bad, customer service good or bad, etc.

I appreciate the help and any advice you can offer.

7130e with vzw. Sound quality with cdma is excellent. 1x is much faster that gprs and evdo is much faster than edge. Coverage with vwz seems to be very good. Customer service seems ok, probably like the rest of them overall i'd guess.

I have been with them for about 7 months and I have to say that I am very pleased. I have a 7130e and I have never had a dropped call or bad reception. The email is very quick and I get any where from 30-50 per day. I have not had to deal with customer service yet but I have heard that there are preety good.

Have used a 7130e for 5 months now, and absolutely love it. I am a former Cingular user, Verizon is just plain better in all aspects.

7250 for about a year now and love the coverage

I have both, I've been using nxtl for about 1.6 years, got vzn in april 06 (7130e).
Just recently I bought a 7250 (from a bbforums reader).
Love the 7250,so switched bes over to verizon 7250,( 7130 is de-activated and sitting in my drawer, should I sell it or what?).
Prefer the nxtl 7520, I prefer the added weight, makes it easier to type, plus the nxtl has the speaker which gives me something to hold on to, as opposed to slipping out of my hands.
I'm still adjusting to the 7250. Like you verzion had a better price point when bundled with laptop access (evdo)& voice.
I prefer nextel voice on iden("warmer" sound, more natural then cdma).
