7130g on 02 in England
 

Again, sorry for the silly question as I'm still a Blackberry newbie of 2 weeks, but am I right in saying that depending on which network you have the 7130 on, is how the screen is displayed? So if it is 02 in England like I have, the screen shows words instead of icons (messages, applications, etc, etc) and if it is on another network it will show icons? So, is it possible to change the default screen on the 7130g on 02 to the one showing the icons, instead of just words?

What your referring to is the 'theme'. Different carriers have customized themes, but it will never change based on the network your currently attached to. To change the theme, go to Options > Themes, or Settings > Options > Themes.
