Stop Sent Item From Going into BB
 

On of my users is having a problem with her 7290. Every time she sends a message using her Outlook a copy gets send to her BB as a send Item.

How do I stop this from happening ?

Sounds like she has an auto cc: set someplace.

There is a setting to auto cc: yourself for each message you send via the BB. Maybe there must be something similar in Outlook?

I don't see any Auto CC setup on her Outlook. Any other Ideas?

have person log into their blackberry account and create a filter for that email address. Put the filter to NOT SEND things "from: xxxx" being that email address that is sending and coming to the BB as new messages.

in the mail application, go to options, e-mail settings, then press the menus again and highlight folder redirection. At this pont you will see "mailbox". click on it and it will open up and you can check the folders that you want re-directed to the bb.

Or set the Message Options to Hide Sent Messages.
