whos with me on this? ok 2 months ago i bought a pearl which no one had in my school. like i was the first one to have such a phone which was 3 Hundred dollars then and NOW i was just checking to get a side phone...GUESS what i see $99.99 3 year term LIKE COMEE ON MAN now i am going to have to face my friends since their crappy phones are for more!

Guess you missed the similar situation iPhone users in the US went through when Apple dropped the price by $200 three months after launch.

Yeah it was! Not ATTs choice that was apples decision ATT found out when apple made the press release! Was terrible people coming in to get iphone 200 cheaper and the system wasn't set up to do the discounts was hell

son its called slang and yes they do teach English which came from Latin and Greek but it seems like to me that where ever you come from they sure don't teach manners there

I love it when people complain about this, you purchase a device that is top of the line when it comes out and then another line comes out (in fact I believe since the 8100 was released Rogers has put out 3 more, 8800, 8300 and now the 8310), and you expect Rogers to do what?

Option A) Keep the BB8100 at $300, make the BB8800 at $700 and the BB8300 at $500?

Option B) Lower the price of the BB8100 (an older model) and keep the prices of the newer versions somewhat lower.

It amazes me how people can call in to the call centre and demand bill credits because when they purchased their device it was more expensive. It's like purchasing a motor vehicle and then 2 years later when the motor vehicle is cheaper because it's a model from 2 years ago, running back to the dealer and demanding the their money back.

Come on now! Just sounds ridiculous doesn't it? You decided to purchase the Pearl at that price because you wanted to be the first one with a pearl, so live with the concequences. Rogers did not put a gun to you head and said buy this device now.

Apparently they are not teaching economics in school, supply & demand.

My manners are impeccable . . . . I keep ebooks of Emily Post and Amy Vanderbilt on my bb and study them before making a move.

Seriously though, perfect grammar and spelling are not required on this or most internet forums. Slang also is used by many, including me. However, if you want an intelligent answer to a post, it is wise to pose your question clearly!
