Have I offended you in some way by doing so?? Comparing my site to a site that leaches themes.. are you serious??? What is the point of your post?? I spend endless hours working on themes that I hope people will enjoy! Is this such a problem to you that I try to earn an honest dollar??

sorry..you did not offend me...just the beta testers who signed an agreement with Rim/Plazmic... And that you are taking advantage of free software to develop a product to SELL...consisting of copyrighted icons (property of Apple Inc....ever read their terms of use?)

Have you even seen the icons on my themes??? Do you even know what the heck you are talking about??? I make my own graphics, because I am a professional designer by day, nor are any of these icons used APPLE OWNED icons.. I believe this was already discussed on another thread with CoreyVisto on his OSX theme. As for the NDA part, sorry I dont have to admit to anything as I truely feel I am not doing anything wrong at least bonded to me. And yes, you should feel sorry as I have done nothing that wronged you.

It would make sense that if someone was doing something wrong with their themes (either by way of beta development tools, or trademarked icons), the company they are infringing on would take action against them, if its appropriate.

I agree that in some cases themes really dance a fine line of infringing on trademarks, but its ultimately up to the company to do something about it. In the case of Apple, perhaps they don't care, or love the fact that owners of the main competition of their phone, are making their phone look like Apple products.

The thing that I keep thinking is, keep making kick ass themes, and use whatever tools you can... it only benefits the BB community.
