This bank sucks.
I went to auto zone, bought some stuf from my car. I returned a set of screw heads, and later returned them. I had a few other things that did not fit my car. I brought them back the next day. I gave them my stuff, returned it, and ewent home. I got a call from them saying that the refund was declined. I went back. Tried to figure it out, and had no luck. I took the cash, and left. Got a call from tcf the next day... They charged me twice foy my purchase of $60. The refunded it after I complained to their CS. I accumlicated 200 in overdraft fees because "I" made a mistake in overdrafting. They refunded me the 60 for "their" mistake but would not remove the fees. After going back and forth with the CS and branch, I gave up. This bank has no idea what the **** they are doing. Screwing me out of money. They destroyed my dads credit score as well with a simular situation and he is currently in a lawsuit with them because of failure to comply with legal standards.
If you have accounts there, beware and check ur account regularly.
