Is it possible to use Blackberry Connect to access your BES account with a WiFi device?

How about with a PC or other device (Palm? Newton?) connected to the Internet via DSL?

Right now I use Plaxo to sync my Blackberry and Outlook account at the office with my home PC and my Palm IIIe, but it's cumbersome and tends to end up creating dublicates.
