Hello everybody,first of all i wasn't sure where to post this thread but I bought an unlocking code for my BB8800 on gsmphonesource because people on this boards told me that it was a good website and that it did work for them, but i have a problem it has been one month since i ordered the code and i still don't have it,so i tried to get in touch with them(via email and by phone)but they are not replying, so i wanted to ask to the people who have used it if it was normal?

Hi, I have the same problem. I ordered an unlock code for a 8100 from GSMPHONESOURCE (because I have read a lot of good reviews here), 2 weeks ago, and up to now I don´t have the code, and I don´t have any answer to the 5 emails I have sent and to the voicemail messages I have left. The phone number is always either out of service or nobody answers it. Is there any other way to contact them? They usually don´t answer emails? The only email I have ever got was a payment confirmation from Paypal.

Welcome to the BBF. Was your unlock for a non-North American BB? Those routinely take 2-3 weeks.

Sorry you are having problems with GSMphonesource, maybe they will respond soon. You always have PayPal if there is a continued problem.

Yes, the unlock code was for a non-North American BB.
I really hope they respond soon. I hope in another week (maximum), I receive the code. I don´t know if this is the right place to ask this, but: why do non-North American BBs take so long to unlock (2-3 weeks)?

After 2,5 weeks and 5 emails to GSMPhonesource, I got a refund from Paypal (But still no explanation from GSMPhonesource). I guess they just cancelled my order.

After a few emails asking informations to Horizonwireless, I decided to order the same code from them. The order process was smooth and full of informations.

They sent me the code in 2 weeks. And, they answered all my emails, before, during and after giving me the code.

I think their service was very good.
