I hate the rates Rogers Wireless charges for BlackBerry data!! For email/pin messaging (BIS) use only the $15 plan is great... what if you want data? They have a different $15 that gives you 1.5MB of data (Overage charge is $10 for every MB) . Maybe good for the light user but check out these rates:
$25/mo: 4MB (BIS Only $10 per MB overage)
$40/mo: 7MB (BIS or BES $7 per MB overage)
$60/mo: 25MB (BIS or BES $7 per MB overage)
$100/mo: 1GB (BIS or BES $1 per MB overage)
25MB per month wasn't cutting it for me (I'm always doing 40-45MB every month) so now I'm paying $100/mo extra just to use a BlackBerry.
I switched one of my devices to Telus Mobility but because I need GSM when travelling (which is often) I am forced to keep one line with Robbers Wireless.
So what's the moral of the story??? Rogers Sucks!!
