Question Randomly missing email at BB - 05-12-2008, 07:54 PM

I have a BB that don't received all the email, while user received all the email at the desktop (secure).

The problem is it not address specific, so it can be internal company email or external email.

RIM Tech told me to reload the OS platform with the latest AT&T version. So everything should be good. However, the user still have the same problem today. RIM Tech checked my BES and everything is good. There is nothing wrong on the BES.

So, RIM Tech cannot confirm if it is my BB or not. Anyone have similar problem. I'm looking forward to return or exchange a new one.

What is the exchange policy for AT&T?

I to am experiencing similar issue with some devices connected to our BES (4.1.4) say the device does not receive the mail (even when sent from the device) but does appear on the desktop. The look up functionality has also stopped.

We have tried reloading the user on the BES, resending service books, deleting/ undeleting the desktop sync service book. This forces a reconciliation but the Re activation faild at 96%.

To get the devices up and running again I am wiping and then re provisioning.Has anybody else out there experienced this issue?
