i sent them my BRAND NEW macbook pro, i opened the box, and looked at the comp, didnt even turn it on, and i got it back, painted, and had a HUGE dent in it, and they said "must have happened in shipping" but it looks like it was dropped on the corner of a desk.... oh well

That's just a risk you have to take in sending them something Personally I am too paranoid to ever send them anything of mine, mostly because it's mine and I'd rather keep it where I can see it..
