Kudos To Seidio!!!

I recently purchased a rubberized battery door and an Ultimate Screen Protector for my Verizon 8330 from Seidio. The battery door had one of the "latches" (for lack of a better term) bent upward so when the door was on you could push in on it and it would move quite a bit compared to what it should have. The screen protector had dust on it and, of course, that meant bubbles and extreme frustration for me trying to apply it to my screen.

I got aggrevated by the screen protector and threw it away then followed the return process outlined at seidioonline.com and received an email from Seidio the next day. I never expected to receive a replacement screen guard, and made that statement in my remarks to Seidio.

Lo and behold today I received a replacement door and a new screen guard via FedEx and both are installed now, trouble free.

If you're thinking about purchasing anything from Seidio and have any reservations as to quality of materials or customer service...forget it and order what you want, you will not be disappointed!

I have purchased numerous items from them and they are great. How do you like the new battery door. does it fit ok..

The door fits good but I think it may be slightly thicker than the OEM door and doesn't get quite as snug a fit into my rubberized Seidio clip holster as the original BB door does.

Having said that, it still fits snug and is not going anywhere.
