Its been two weeks and the software does not work and they wont respond to my email.

I highly stay away from their software.

BB 7520, 7100i, 7130e, 8703e, 8830, 8330, now 9000 Bold

I'm not familiar with it. Where did you buy it? If it was Handango you could contact their customer service.
