Help! Two coworkers are as of two days ago (Nov. 25) unable to connect to their computers. "Device not supported...device not recognized...etc. Even after un- and re- installing the software, the computers do not see the hardware.

How did they unload and reload software without the computer and thus the BB desktop manager recognizing their devices? Its all "PIN specific" through the DM...or I've been doing it all the hard way.
