Curve LCD hairline crack out of nowhere and bad speaker -

DISSAPOINTED in a $400 piece of crap, any info on my problem......as follows
Before you ask NO I did not drop it kick it have it in back pocket etc....I literally talked on it for about five minutes....placed it on my desk as I always do when i go to lunch, in my office (which is locked when Im not in it). Came back from lunch took it out of pouch and there is a hairline crack in LCD and a little black blob in the middle of the line. I literally stared at it an watched the hairline crack grow almost all the wasy across the screen. What the Hell happened and should it be covered under warranty. THE PHONE IS PERFECT NOT A KNICK OR SCRATCH ON IT.
