Just not my cup of tea...too many issues for me and I doubt that people can really type like they can on other devices..... will I be happy with the 8330?

.75 was the clincher for me, this OS version (I went to .75, then to .76 and tried .83 *bricked it*) responds quickest and most stable so far, IMHO.

However, with that said, I think you'd want the Curve if you wanted to stay with the BB platform and are stuck with Verizon. It is by far the best phone that I've experienced ever from RIM (I assume the Bold will take its place), and I've worked with a lot of 'em over the years!

I work for VZW, and I think the 8330 Curve is the best phone we carry for all-around functionality and ease of use. I don't think I'll be giving it up until we come out with the Niagara (new Curve) next year.
