Default The Dog Ate My Phone

Please Login to Remove!

Not only do I support BlackBerrys, I also support the cell phone account for my organization. I thought I heard all the excuses there were from users who want a new phone.... dropped it; ran over it with my car; flushed it down the toilet; lost it; jumped in a pool with it in my pocket; washed it... etc etc. Now I have the best one yet: "The dog ate my phone." I didn't believe it until the user brought it to me. Sure enough, the dog ate her phone.

Another for the "I cant make this crap up" category. LOL

I really don't feel to bad, it is a dumb phone after all. Now if it was a BB, different story.

One of my users left me a message about getting a new blackberry - said her 8820 was "bird food". I had no idea what she was talking about, figured she lost it. When I talked to her she told me about her parrot who likes electronics with buttons - the bird ate the blackberry buttons. I wish I had a picture to post!
