Blackberry Great! Carriers horrible. -

I just got a Blackberry Pearl after having a storm, 8700 Curve etc. You get the idea. I'm so sick of these carriers technical support going to the excuse, "You have to get the PIN released from the previous owner." They did this to me on my Storm and I was the original owner. I bought it outright from Vodafone in the UK. Now the same garbage with the Pearl. It makes me want to go to an iphone and forget it. Love the service but it's really not worth the aggravation of speaking with a technical support monkey who knows less about the phone than we do. Thank you FIDO. Figures, Rogers = Aggravation. Can we just get T-Mobile in Canada already.
