In with my reply, just so I can say "Yeah...I was there" later on down the road when this epic thread of epicness is mentioned.

Anyways...

Let's boycott a company because they don't offer a full version or support for software that was leaked and still isn't officially released or even finished.

Let's boycott them because they don't want websites hosting this leaked software that isn't officially released or even finished.

Let's boycott them because they're taking too long to finish the fixes on BBM 5.0 to ensure us end-users are just as happy with it as we are with their other officially released software and products.

How dare they keep us in mind like that? What makes them think they can be such a good company and treat us so well? Burn them with fire!

Disclaimer: 80% of what is typed above is sarcasm to make the OP look even more ridiculous, which may not even be possible based on what he has posted so far. RIM = FTW.

Yes, another member to the boycott! Now they'll see how foolish it is to release software when it's ready!

that's because you have contacts within the company! And you know Dr. Filange who's heading the project on mars. But you should still keep it under wraps. now everyone will start e-mailing Dr. Filange. Poor guy!

I have been pretty content using it on my BOLD and Javelin. Works like a charm.
One thing I did notice was that the status resets back to Online, even if you leave it at AWAY or anything else for that matter. Might be a small glitch.

Its nice we have our anti-yelling (all caps) filter set in the forums.

QUOTE]

Is that what that was??? I was reading that post in wonder and amazement at how much concentration it must have taken for Copster to capitalize the first letter of each word, and also wondering why he did...

Now it all makes sense.

It strikes me as funny that Copster has bothered to reply. Anyone? Anyone?

Copster, perhaps you thought the other posters, having read your eloquent (and entertaining) retalliation would spark feelings of remorse. Perhaps you thought they would learn a lesson, or join your cult of misguided angst against the BlackBerry company. Instead, you continued to be taunted with sarcasm and mockery.

In this place, we love our BlackBerry devices. We are here because we want to share our experiences and to learn from others. In this place, we are intolerant of trivial or unsound arguments, and we can be condescending and cruel.

If you are looking for help, you have come to the right place. If you would like to vent, and your argument is weak and/or faulty, you will be a target (which works for us too). Either way, welcome to the Forums.

Guess who just made 200.

I've come to this late and haven't been able to respond right away for laughing.

Could we make this stuff easier to find by setting up a new Forum called "People Unclear on the Concept?"
